PROCESSING TIMES
Each piece is handcrafted to order in our Chicago studio. Most orders ship within 1–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing description.
During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your shipping label has been created and your order has been prepared for shipment.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your package has been shipped.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery times vary depending on carrier performance and destination. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@clayandchloe.com so we can help resolve the issue.
MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us at info@clayandchloe.com.
