Each piece is handcrafted to order and begins production shortly after purchase. Because of this, we’re unable to accept cancellations.

Every item is carefully handcrafted, thoroughly inspected, and thoughtfully packaged before being delivered to the post office.

Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Exchanges for sizing issues on standard listed sizes are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for both return shipping and reshipment costs for exchanged items.

Custom sizes, personalized pieces, modified lengths, and special requests are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
